Shipping Within Canada

Each artwork is carefully packed with protective materials suited to its size and support.

Preparation generally takes 5 to 7 business days after payment is confirmed. This is separate from transit time; delivery times vary depending on the destination and the service selected.

For artworks eligible for standard shipping, shipping within Canada is included in the displayed price: no additional shipping charges are added at checkout. Artworks requiring a shipping quote are identified as such on their product pages; shipping costs are agreed upon before purchase.

Large Artworks and Special Shipping Arrangements

Large artworks and those requiring special packaging or transportation are quoted before purchase. Please contact me with the artwork you are interested in and your postal code. We will agree on the costs, shipping method and preparation time before finalizing the order.

Free Studio Pickup

Free pickup is available at the Chantal De Serres Studio & Gallery in L’Isle-aux-Coudres, by appointment only. Orders are generally ready within 2 to 4 days. You will receive a notification when your artwork is ready; please arrange an appointment before visiting.

Upon Delivery

If the artwork or its packaging arrives damaged, please contact me promptly, keep the packaging and take photos of both the artwork and the packaging to help with the follow-up.
